Dining
Le Hatley Restaurant reflects our Chefs Alexandre Vachon & Paul Roberts’ culinary Philosophy which is inspired by seven distinct seasonal flavor profiles that celebrate the ingredients that are abundant in Quebec's rivers, lakes, forest and fields. The Tap Room, with its antiques and large brick fireplace, offers pre or post-dinner drinks, outdoor lunches and bistro-style dinners in the summertime. In the spring, a "Sugar Shack" menu includes homemade birch syrup – a unique treat! Le Hatley Restaurant features a panoramic lake view and innovative modern Quebec cuisine. The restaurant’s 800 label wine list has earned the Best Award of Excellence from Wine Spectator magazine every year since 2004.

The Abenaki Hall and Tap Room accommodate receptions or seated dinners for up to 120; the Tap Room balcony accommodates up to 45; suites with private gardens are ideal for smaller groups. Le Hatley restaurant is perfect for weddings that exclusively reserve the whole property.
