This charming 5-star Relais & Chateaux, historic manor house resides on 35 acres of garden and birch forest along the lakeshore in North Hatley, in the Eastern Townships of Quebec, about 75 min drive from Montreal and only a short half-hour from the Vermont border. Modeled after George Washington's Mount Vernon home, the manor became an inn in 1950.
This month, Travel + Leisure unveiled its coveted World's Best Awards and thanks to our loyal guests Manoir Hovey has been ranked #1 Best Resort Hotel in Canada 2016.
