From Oct 1, 2016, all Deluxe Cottages will feature stunning new bathroom facilities, including new vanity cabinets made from locally sourced woods, and decorative handmade sinks crafted and designed by a local pottery artist. 30 Rooms/Suites

 

Accommodation includes 30 rooms, 26 of which are in 13 individual duplex cottages, each elegantly furnished with private patios and set amongst the verdant gardens. With garden views or ocean views, some units offer secured connecting doors through the patio to accommodate friends or families who wish to be together. All units include private bathroom with shower, telephone, safe, ceiling fan, coffee/tea facilities, and fridge stocked daily with soft drinks and beer.

 

 

 

All Inclusive Dining Options

 

The hotel's gourmet restaurant the Flamboyant Room offers a 4-course table d'hote menu or weekly BBQ plus a choice of carefully selected wines from several different countries. Executive Chef, Tomislav Cukman and his team use fresh local ingredients prepared with classical French techniques. Fresh fish is delivered daily by local fisherman and fresh lobster is available in season. The restaurant also offers an all-day, light fare menu. Breakfast and lunch are served buffet style; afternoon tea is served poolside in the Jasmine Tea Room. Guests have a choice of 4 different bars/lounges, including a self-service swim-up bar. All inclusive beverages include those in the restaurant and bar – mineral waters, premium wines, spirits, soft drinks, Champagne in the evening; a weekly Manager's Champagne cocktail part

Wellness Retreat

 

The hotel offers free early morning yoga & Pilates classes in specially designed open-air Yoga Pavilion; an outdoor gym/fitness facility (a one km fitness trail with 20 different fitness stations); healthy homemade smoothies, blood boosters, fat burners, energy boosters and more; choice of 21 different vegetarian dishes per week for the evening table d'hotes; gluten-free dishes upon request, including gluten-free bread.

 

Wedding & Conference Facilities

 

The hotel offers special wedding packages for $800 that include all the necessities (fees, license, decorated venue, bouquet & boutonniere, cake) plus a Champagne dinner. Options include a steel band, extra champagne and a photographer

 

Botanical Garden

 

The hotel’s beautiful gardens, set in 12 tropical acres with more than 100 different species of plant life and some 34 species of birds. Guests can use the illustrated guide in their room to explore the garden or ask the head gardener to introduce the local flora and fauna.

 

 

Amenities & Activities

 

Hotel amenities include a swimming pool, gift shop, in-room spa treatments, shuffleboard, table tennis and all manner of water sports, including dive packages (available for PADI qualified divers), complimentary use of pedalos, kayaks, aqua-view boards, snorkeling equipment and Hobbiecats -- free lessons available. Wildlife viewing includes turtle watching (Apr – Sept) and bird watching.

A steel band plays Saturdays during gourmet lunch buffet, and local musicians perform regularly, including playing on the hotel's venerable Steinway piano.

The hotel also offers cooking demonstrations, guided walks, cocktail classes, rum tastings, local shopping trips plus "exclusive" tours for their guest.

A Pre-Arrival Check list - provides guests with an email prior to arrival, allowing them to choose such things as extra pillows, the contents of the mini-bar, etc.
